Triceps - Close Grip Push Ups


Get on the floor in a push up position with your hands directly under your shoulders NOT out to the side.  Keep your elbows close to your sides.  Engage your abs and butt as you do 12 push ups.

Don't forget to add this to the previous 5 moves for a total triceps workout.

You did 6 weeks, you should be proud!
