Roasted Brussels Sprouts


Brussels sprouts - cut in half if large
2 Tblsp olive oil
your favorite seasoning - I like garlic salt

preheat oven to 425
toss to coat sprouts in oil and seasoning
bake for 20-45 minutes depending on how many you have and how tender you like them


I would never eat brussels sprouts until I had them roasted...you've got to try them!
