Mozzarella Chicken



1 lb chicken cutlets (I used chicken tenders and pounded them flat myself)
*1 piece of large sandwich style pepperoni per piece of chicken
     or you can chop up pepperoni into the sauce
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 C mozzarella cheese shredded
13 oz jar Prego traditional spaghetti sauce (or your fav)
2 Tblsp olive oil
large oven proof skillet

turn broiler onto high
cook garlic in skillet, then stir into your sauce
season chicken with salt and pepper
Cook chicken cutlets in olive oil in skillet
remove from heat, and pour sauce over top
place one piece of pepperoni slices on top of each piece of chicken
sprinkle cheese over all the chicken
place skillet in oven or broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese melts



*be aware that skillet handle is extremely hot when going to serve ;)*
