Meatball Stroganoff

16 - 20  Make Ahead Meatballs thawed if frozen
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced (could use canned)
1/4 C minced onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tblsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
1/2 C sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
hot cooked buttered noodles

saute mushrooms, garlic and onion in butter in large skillet
stir in soup and sour cream
add salt and pepper
add meatballs
heat through, do not boil
serve over noodles
