1 14oz bag Oreos
2 3.5oz pkgs french vanilla instant pudding
3 C milk
1 C powdered sugar
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 C butter, softened
1 12oz tub cool whip
break cookies into small pieces
place 1/2 to 2/3 cookies on bottom of 3 qt casserole dish
whisk pudding and milk together and set aside
beat sugar, cream cheese and butter together in a separate bowl
stir together the pudding and cream cheese mixture
fold in cool whip
pour over cookies
top with remaining cookies
refrigerate at least 60 minutes before serving
