Black Bean Soup

3 15oz cans black beans rinsed and drained (or equiv of dried beans dry or soaked according to pkg directions)
4 c chicken or vegetable stock/broth
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, stewed, undrained
2 c chopped onion
2 c chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic minced
could add corn or other bell peppers if you like

in 5-6 qt slow cooker, combine all and mix well
cover, cook on low 8-10 hours or high 5 hours
