3 lb chuck roast
1 envelope taco seasoning (or make your own seasoning)
1/2 c water
spray 4 qt slow cooker with non-stick spray
place meat in pot
combine seasoning and water
pour over roast
cover and cook on low 10-12 hours
serve with spanish rice
