Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes
THIS MAKES 20 SERVINGS!
5 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters or smaller cubes
1-1/2 C chicken broth
1/4 C butter, cut into chunks
1 C sour cream
2 tsp (or more!) Lawry's Garlic Salt
pepper to taste
1/2 to 1 C milk, warmed
in 5-6 qt crock pot, place potatoes, broth and butter
cover and cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours (less if your pot runs hot)
add rest of ingredients, except milk and mash
(place in large mixing bowl if using hand mixer)
add milk as needed for desired consistency
cover and keep on warm until serving up to 2 hours
stir before serving
