Time once again for turkey leftovers....at least that's what we have for Christmas dinner. There are some you could sub in leftover ham if that is your meat of choice. Personally, not a big ham fan, so I apologize for the deficit in that area! Hope you all had a very Merry and very Blessed Christmas. Now let's use up those leftovers!

Turkey Cassoulet *CP*
Pot Pie (try ham)
Easy scalloped Potatoes *CP* (add diced ham)
Chicken Hash (with turkey, obviously, or try with ham)
Easy Chicken (turkey) Enchiladas (warm up turkey a little first)
Turkey Hand Pies (try ham)
