Shortcut Stroganoff

serves 4-6

1 tsp vegetable or olive oil (only needed if NOT using ground beef)
1 lb boneless beef sirloin or chuck into strips or cubes
  OR 1 lb ground beef
1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz can beef broth
1 C water
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 C uncooked spiral pasta
1/2 C sour cream

brown meat, let juices evaporate and stir often
(drain fat if using ground beef)
add all ingredients BUT sour cream
heat to a boil
cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes or until pasta is tender
stir often
add sour cream and heat through, do not let it boil
