Chicken Stir Fry



1 lb white meat chicken cut into bite size pieces
1/2 C each of snow peas, broccoli florets, julienned carrots and red pepper
   (I sometimes use a bag of stir fry veggies from the produce section)
1/2 C stir fry sauce or more to taste

optional: serve over rice or lo mien noodles


brown chicken
add vegetables and cook until crisp tender
stir in sauce and warm through
