Triceps - Overhead Extension
Stand up straight holding one dumbbell in both hands. Put arms above your head then bend elbows so that they are by your ears and your hands are behind your head. Squeeze your triceps to raise your arms straight up so that the dumbbell is above your head. Slowly lower to staring position and repeat 12 times. Be sure to keep your shoulders down.
So this week, you should be doing the previous 3 triceps moves plus this one. Next week we will add another move. For that one you will use the same dumbbell you're using for this one.
