Chicken Wrap

3 oz leftover chicken
salad mix
1 Tblsp your favorite dressing
tortilla (I like Extreme Wellness high fiber wraps)

chicken should be cut into bite size pieces
mix chicken, however much salad you want, and dressing together
place in center of wrap
roll up and enjoy

my wrap has less than 300 calories
I like to get a rotisserie chicken, or cook one in the crock pot, then strip it
I then weigh out 3oz into individual containers and they are ready to go for a week of wraps
