New Potato Bake

7-8 small red potatoes, quartered (about 1 1/2 lb)
1 can cream of broccoli soup, or broccoli cheese soup
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C parmesan cheese
1 small can french fried onions (optional)

heat oven to 375
in large bowl combine all ingredients, using only half of onions
place mixture in 2 qt casserole dish
sprinkle with parmesan
bake for 50 min or until potatoes are tender
top with remaining onions, if using, and bake 5 more min
