Pork Chop Skillet







4-6 boneless chops 1/2 inch thick
1 small onion, diced
1 Tblsp Olive Oil
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 6oz pkg Stove Top Stuffing
1 1/2 C water
salt and pepper to taste

cook chops and onions in hot oil in large skillet
transfer to plate and keep warm
and mushrooms and cook until crisp tender
add salt and pepper and water
bring to a boil
add stuffing mix and stir well
replace chops and cover skillet
remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes
